Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any plan purchases, wallet top-ups, or credit pack purchases. We encourage you to take advantage of our free trial before purchasing a plan to ensure LLMZone meets your needs. If you experience a technical issue with our service, please contact our support team and we will do our best to make it right.
What happens when my plan expires?
When your plan expires, API requests are paused until you renew. Your account and all data remain intact — simply purchase a new plan to resume access.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every new account includes a one-time free trial of 50 API requests valid for 24 hours. No credit card required. Please contact us to get a free trial via our contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as cryptocurrency payments via Cryptomus.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your remaining days on the current plan are prorated as credit and automatically applied to the cost of the new plan.
